We look at sites of all shapes and sizes. We believe that all sites have their own charm and there’s nothing wrong with quirky corners!
We will assess each site by its own merit. If a site does not meet our immediate requirements then we will look for solutions if we believe in the location.
A good example of this is at our store in Plymouth, St Budeaux. Previously occupied as a KFC it was split between two units and was operating over two floors. The configuration wasn’t what we were used to but our construction team did a great job at devising a layout that allowed us to do what we do best and that’s make pizza!
